Customer agrees that use of the Alphabet Workout website is entirely at customer's own risk. Services/products are provided 'as is,' without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with AlphabetWorkout.com, including without limitations the results obtained through AlphabetWorkout.com. Specifically, we disclaim any and all warranties, including without limitation: 1) any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy or content of information, products or services; and 2) any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
This disclaimer of warranties and liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. Customer specifically acknowledges the service is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with customer.
Neither the service nor any of its agents, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use the service. Customer hereby acknowledges that the provisions of this section shall apply to all content on the service.
All product images are a representation only. The actual product may vary from the image displayed. Prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Customers will be charged the correct price in the case of a typographical error. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason without explanation.
Methods of Payment
1. Payment Online through Authorize.net
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. We do not have, collect or store your complete credit card information when your purchase through Authorize.net on our site. Authorize.net does store your information using PCI compliant technology in order to process your payment.
2. Payment by Check
If you wish, you may also send us a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Pay by check orders will be held until we receive payment. Allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship once your payment has cleared. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then make the check out and mail the form to:

Shipping Charges for Continental US Orders:
Orders Over $50.00 - 10%.

Most orders ship via the USPS Media Mail. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship from Butterfly Park Educational Materials, Inc. Shipping times may be longer for some items in our busy season-April though October. August through October is the peak.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 7 calendar days of receipt of order. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice.
Due to copyright laws, we cannot accept opened CDs or DVDs unless they are defective. Damaged or defective items must be returned within 7 calendar days and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
Returned products, other than for damage or defect, must be in absolutely new and unused condition, returned within 30 calendar days and will be assessed a 15% Restocking Fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be sent from the date we receive your return.

Please be sure you have set up your email system to accept emails from info@alphabetworkout.com. Customers frequently block email coming from addresses they have not specified, resulting in their order confirmation email being returned to us.
